Cheval Blanc is regarded as the finest producer in Saint-Emilion, boasting the highest qualification; Premier Grand Cru Classé (A). It’s vineyards are clustered in between Graves, Saint-Emilion and Pomerol giving a wide range of soil types. Featuring fine balance and a beautiful tannic texture, the 2012 vintage associates qualities that are particularly appreciated by the château winemaking team: freshness, unctuousness, exuberant and satisfying fruitiness, and elegant complexity.
Château Margaux 2003
Since the 17th Century, the first wine of Château Margaux has been recognised as being one of the greatest wines in the entire world. It owes its unique qualities to the genius of its terroir as well as to the passionate work of a succession of generations. It’s a remarkable wine that comes from a combination of characteristics that are only rarely found: finesse, elegance, complexity, density, intensity, length and freshness. Although its tannic concentration may be exceptional, it’s rare to detect astringency. Jumping out of the glass, are red berry fruit aromas, freshness and purity. A mingling of floral and slightly spicy notes, coming through delightfully in this very complex cocktail, in which the new oak has already been totally integrated.
Château Latour 2003

It’s Grand Vin is made solely from the very old vineyards located in their 46 ha Enclos. Bolgheri Sassicaia 2010
Most iconic wine from Italy. Beautiful Super toscan made from 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Cabernet Franc. In the glass deep ruby red color, with aromas of black cherries, ripe dark plums and blackberries with hints of chocolate, tobacco, spices, flowers and cedar. On the palate dry, beautifully balanced with medium intense acidity and medium tannins, with a great persistent finish.
Cos D'Estournel 2005
The nose is rich deep with lots of concentrated fruit. Flavour wise the palate contains layers of ripe cassis and ground coffee beans. Finishing with a power depth of flavour yet elegance.
